For Uconnect 5" is new update 23.00.69.00.
File you can download from Fiat site from this link :

This file is the same update for Uconnect 7".

I install today on my Uconnect 5" NAV and everything works fine

Ad1. Yes, is still available. I showed it above on the second picture. Build version is only shown in the engineering menu

Ad2. What photos do you mean exactly?
And here is the orginal service manual of instalation in italian language :

Thanks for Your suggestion and Your patience Jack: in order to upgrade the radio equipment its necessary to upload first version 20.01.03.01 and after last version 23.00.69.00.

My original radio build version was 20.00.25.10

I confirm that today i have completed upgrade on my Tipo 4P 120Cv MJT2 Opening Edition Plus
